telphelhwo provides professional automotive services including but not limited to:

• Vehicle maintenance and repair services

User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle and service needs
• Pay for services in accordance with our pricing and payment terms
• Follow all safety instructions provided by our technicians
• Not interfere with our business operations or other customers
• Respect our staff and premises
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Appointments and Cancellations

Service appointments are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation policy: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to cancellation fees.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. Pricing may vary based on the specific services required and parts needed. We will provide estimates before beginning work.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, bank cards, and bank transfers.

Warranties and Guarantees

We provide warranties on our workmanship and parts as follows:

• Workmanship warranty: 6 months from service completion
• Parts warranty: As specified by manufacturer or supplier
• Warranty coverage is subject to normal use and proper maintenance
• Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of telphelhwo or its content suppliers and is protected by Dutch and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without our express written permission. The telphelhwo name and logo are trademarks of telphelhwo B.V.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, telphelhwo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for damage to your vehicle that exists prior to service or damage caused by factors beyond our control.

Force Majeure

telphelhwo shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts of God, war, terrorism, epidemics, governmental action, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. All provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
